| Kawai. He has suggested knowing and enjoying kimono and a place for wearing kimono. Therefore he has made a high quality men's kimono.
Since last year, he has been supervising a first custom-made kimono for Alfred Dunhill, a traditional bland in England. Because England tradition harmonizes with Japanese tradition properly, that kimono makes us feel the beauty. The surface texture is Hama crepe, a deep advanced color. Therefore the back haori is printed cars or clocks, it is felt the attraction of kimono which collaborates with Japan and England and playing which cannot see except Alfred Dunhill.
Then he suggests kimono adapting a customarily moving time as he think the basis of the tradition, an outerwear for Kai Aso's staff or The Peninsula Tokyo's room wear.

At this time, we will introduce men's kimono world of Kawai which has the traditional beauty and is creative. Since we use a dress pattern, Ise pattern, which was made for a samurai 140 years ago, we revive a model of small crest and a minute beauty. Moreover, we will exhibit a dress pattern which isn't used at that time. We'd like to have people sense Japanese dressing up and men's stylish kimono by a fashion show and this exhibition.
